Approximately 7 years ago I was at a lock-in and I wrote a poem I would like to share with you. For me it is the foundation of my faith and represents what Good Friday means to me. It is titled "My Love"
I cry
Because I understand
I understand
That I sinned
I understand
That I killed you
I understand
That you love me
Your love
Will one day save me
One day I will know
I will see your face
I will stand beside you
One day
I will show you
My love is in my tears
